Lighthouse Canvas
Here is another Canvas using Mixed Media I had a group of ladies come to my home this past week. I gave each lady a canvas and told them to bring everything they wanted to put on their Canvas. I told them to pick a theme and mine was the beach. Each lady came up with their own and they all turned out Wonderful. I can tell you I used tissue paper for the background with Modge Podge and Mudd Puddles for the sand. I also used Goldens Molding Paste and Glass Beads I also used Gelato's to color some of the Molding Paste. My husband made me some tied knot's there is just so much stuff on this canvas. I have found that I love getting my hands dirty and messy playing with the Mixed Media stuff. So my advice to everyone is pick a theme and a canvas and see what you can create there is no right or wrong way to do it. So much FUN!

My ATC Cards for March and April Using Stain Glass and Canvas
Hi Everyone these are my ATC Cards for March and April. March theme was to make something with Stain Glass . I took packaging from my stickers and used Tim Holtz's Distressed Alcohol Inks to make the flowers and leaves. I used a Cricut Cartridge to make the flower pot. Then for April's theme it was Paradise and for me that is Italy and Art. I use to live there and the water was beautiful. So I decided to make a small Canvas and used mixed media to make it. Each one is different and has something to do with the Sea. I used Tissue paper and Modge Podge to make the Sea. I also added the net and used Golden's Glass Beads to add the charms to the Canvas they look like bubbles when dried..Added Sand and shells for the Beach. Everyone really like them. I had so much fun making them and hope you all try Mixed Media you can add anything you like to a canvas.

Mixed Media Canvas
Here is a Canvas that I created for a friend's Birthday. I used Goldens Molding Paste and Modge Podge to add the tissue paper and Tim Holtz Tissue Paper. I had all kinds of Metal pieces and just added them also I had started with Stempuk Paper and worked around it with everything. The flowers were sprayed with Lindy Stamp Gang Sprays. Also used Distress ink to age things. My Friend Loved it. Make sure that when you are start your Canvas you first use Gesso on it and let it dry completely then just add anything you want to make a beautiful piece of Art Work.
